What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Riamona collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Riamona is the trading name of Riamona Luxury and Fashion Brands, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

  • your name, company and work email
  • your phone number, if you give it
  • the service and current system you select
  • what you tell us you need, and how you heard about us

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal data on this website, and we do not record your IP address with your enquiry. To protect the form and comments from spam, the website keeps a short-lived counter tied to a one-way scrambled version of your IP address; it cannot be turned back into the address and is deleted within an hour.

Why we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call
  • to prepare an estimate or proposal you asked for
  • to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

Each enquiry is saved as a private record in this website’s administration area and emailed to the Riamona team. If the form cannot be sent because a field is missing, what you typed is held for ten minutes so you do not have to type it again, and then discarded. The website and its database are hosted by our hosting provider; email is handled by our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to us contacting you. Write to us through the contact page and we will act on your request within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
